PhotoLab is a Registered Graphic Design Studio. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our graphic design services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: if PhotoLab fails to deliver the agreed design within the committed timeframe without prior notice, or if the delivered work is fundamentally different from the agreed brief.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable once design work has commenced and initial concepts have been shared. Change of mind after work has begun, or dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes, does not qualify for a refund.
Revision Process
Before requesting a refund, clients must allow PhotoLab to address concerns through the revision process. We are committed to delivering designs that meet your requirements and will work diligently to resolve any issues.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@photolab.store or +91 755 563 7551 within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
